- Put the sieve in the funnel and put it over a large glass bottle.
- Tip the contents from the kefir jar into the bottle, stopping to take out the raisins.
- Tip the grains in the sieve and rinse the jar
- Rinse the kefir grains under cold water and return to the jar
- Add 1/3 cup white sugar and 4 raisins to the jar and fill it with cold water add clean eggshells. Put the lid on and leave the jar on the bench
- To the bottle, add one fruit tea bag. Leave the bottle on the bench for a day before putting it in the fridge.
