- 3 Cups white flour
- 3 cups wholemeal flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 180ml oil
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- cooked then finely chopped spinach or silverbeet (optional)
- mix with dough hook
- add extra flour as necessary
- when it reaches the right consistency grab a handful of dough and roll it out into a dinner plate sized circle
- cook on a medium heat until a bubble forms
- flip over and cook until golden
- put on cake rack to cool
