Wraps

  • 3 Cups white flour
  • 3 cups wholemeal flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 180ml oil
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • cooked then finely chopped spinach or silverbeet (optional)
  1. mix with dough hook
  2. add extra flour as necessary
  3. when it reaches the right consistency grab a handful of dough and roll it out into a dinner plate sized circle
  4. cook on a medium heat until a bubble forms
  5. flip over and cook until golden
  6. put on cake rack to cool
